On both international and domestic shipping we cannot guarantee delivery times especially during peak times and Christmas but we will do our best to ensure your item gets delivered to you quickly and securely! Please leave at least 3-7 working days for domestic and 5-14 working days for international deliveries to be delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns or exchanges if the wrong item was sent, or if it is damaged in any way in transit. We do quality check out items before they are sent out to you to avoid this happening, however in some cases are exceptional.  Please read our F.A.Q section for more info. 

Unless damaged or wrong item sent return postage is the buyers responsibility. We do not accept returns for the following:

Earrings and Septums (for hygiene reasons), Custom Orders, Sale Items.

Clothing, shawls, throws and non-pierced jewellery items purchased at our market stalls can be returned for exchange only. No refunds will be given for damage due to wear and tear, please contact us within 10 days of purchase with your receipt.
