Care instructions

Shawls and Ponchos: can be hand washed or machined washed on a gentle cold spin.

Pure Brass Jewellery: can be polished using a gold cloth or by rubbing some lemon/ lime juice with some baking soda will normally take away any marks and give a beautiful shine.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our jewellery comes boxed and wrapped in a silk sari bag.  Perfect to give as a gift or a special treat for yourself. 

If you are buying one of our items as a gift and want to include a special message please leave a note at checkout with your requirements, and we will be in touch. 

Quality control

Due to the handmade nature of the items, there may be some slight differences with your item and the photo. Any major changes will be discussed prior to posting to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with their product. In all cases we will do our best to help you :) 

Lost in post or items not received

Bigger items are always sent tracked and Signed for to locate the item once shipped so your orders are insured by us if the courier deems the package 'lost'.  When buying jewellery and other small items under £20 there is the optional upgrade of a 'Tracked Service'. If this is not chosen we are not liable for any refunds for item not received. This is very rare and so far 99% of purchased have been delivered smoothly. We will send you proof of posting and try to claim back any refunds from the courier to send to you but ultimately it is your choice whether you would like the added insurance and guarantee.

All items above £25 will be sent tracked and signed for as standard.

Delivery issues

If there are any problems with delivery of the item, please send us a message we will do our best to help you locate the item and arrange a redelivery. It is ultimately the BUYERS responsibility to arrange a redelivery and make sure the item is collected from depot or delivered to a safe location. We will not be refunding any original postage charges related to the BUYER not collecting the item in due time or the return postage costs. However we will do our best to help get the item to you. Sometimes there may be unexpected delays with shipping times, if you need your item urgently please send us a message and we can discuss some alternative options to get your item to you as quickly as possible.

Can you make custom orders?

Any different size or design? No problem send us a message and we will try and find your perfect design!
